We are pleased to offer you the ability to make offers for equipment or materials ON-LINE.
The process requires you to Create An Account. Here you will enter contact information. If you are making offers on behalf of a company and you desire to not pay Washington State sales tax, you will need to enter your State taxpayer ID number and then fax your tax ID certificate to Greg Paolino at the number noted below. Confirming information will be conveyed by e-mail when you Create An Account.
The next step is Logging In. Here you enter your e-mail address and password. Your browser will identify you from our list of active accounts. If you forget your password, please contact the undersigned or e-mail Nichols@pentadsys.com.
Next you can make offers on the equipment you desire. You may have already viewed our equipment by perusing the categories and detail pages (i.e. under the “Washington” button). You will find these same categories on the “Make An Offer” screen. Simply choose the category, select the equipment, make an offer, and then click the “Submit Offer” button. Your offer will be indicated on a “shopping cart” listing. As your offer competes with offers from others, you will see a notation “Items that I have High Offer”, if that is the case. Finally, a subtotal, sales tax (or not-based on your exemption status), and grand total will appear.
As the Offer Time concludes, new buttons will appear for the completion of the Surplus Sales Contract. You will print this, sign it, and return it by fax (or scan and return by e-mail). Upon bankruptcy court creditor committee approval, timing is typically 10 to 20 days, you will be notified about depositing and validating receipt of funds. You will receive notification by e-mail.
Finally, after we receive notification of funds deposited, you can schedule pick up of your items. You are expected to provide transportation. Kaiser will assist in loading.
